1:1 in-person

$320 / week

Two fully tailored sessions a week in the studio. The deepest, most hands-on version of the method — ideal if you're brand new or coming back from injury.

Includes: 2 weekly sessions, custom programming, form coaching, nutrition guidance, and text support.

Remote programming

$95 / week

Fully online. Custom programs you follow at your own gym, with weekly check-ins to keep you on track. Train anywhere.

Includes: monthly custom programming, the full video library, and weekly written check-ins.

Common questions

Before you start.

I'm completely new. Is that okay?

It's who I work with most. We start where you are, build the basics properly, and never rush load over form.

What if I have an old injury?

We program around it. Tell me everything on our first call and I'll build training that respects it — in coordination with your physio if you have one.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Plenty of people start in-person to build confidence, then move to hybrid or online as they find their footing.
